I am definitely a Philosophy girl. I have become addicted to a few of their anti-aging skin care products and I want to share them with you!
I have already written about Help Me! A Retinol Night Treatment and the Booster Caps, and I just tried the Booster Serum. You want to try to win this three piece Philosophy set. My mother always taught me to apply sunscreen on my neck, chest and hands as well as my face, since these places have thin, delicate skin prone to sun damage as well.
Always moisturize! …and get lots of sleep.

SPF 40 every day on face, neck and chest. Excess gets rubbed into my hands.
Never go to bed with makeup on- no matter how tired you are.
I have not only a great anti-aging tip but an inexpensive one at that. Twice a week exfoliate your face. This will brighten and remove that top layer that needs help falling off. The inexpensive part is use sugar. Yes, thats right , household sugar. I use it in the shower. I mix it (In my hands) with my cleanser. Remember to do you neck as well. Make sure you scrub lightly. HINT, do this on your bikini area a few times before your next bikini wax, it works wonders.
One more secret. When moisturizing don’t forget to moisturize behind your ears too. An obvious sign of getting old. We can’t see this area when we look in the mirror, but other can.

10 glasses of water daily, an age appropriate multi-vitamin, enough rest, spending quality time with friends and family, and I also love mental stimulation like Soduko or Brain Age

I’ll have to agree with everyone — use sun protection! I also wash my face every night, no matter how tired I am (with philosophy purity made simple, of course!).

Getting in 8 glasses of water really helps my skin. I can sure tell the difference if I don’t do this.
I wear 2 gloves when playing golf to reduce age spots.
I think it is helpful not to over-fiddle with your face. Pinching,scratching etc causes wrinkles!

I avoid the sun, drink lots of water and TRY to get good sleep every night.

Eating a diet rich in antioxidants, healthy oils and fish keep my skin and body radiant. I also take a half of a mutivitamin in the morning and half at night to ensure my body is getting all of the nutrients it needs.

The best way to stop aging is to drink 8 glasses of water a day and to moisturize. The water flushes all the tozins out a person’s system so that the grime of everyday life doesn’t show up on your face in the form of age spots and wrinkles.
