I am definitely a Philosophy girl. I have become addicted to a few of their anti-aging skin care products and I want to share them with you!
I have already written about Help Me! A Retinol Night Treatment and the Booster Caps, and I just tried the Booster Serum. You want to try to win this three piece Philosophy set. Keep a positive attitude. When your spirit is lifted, you smile and your eyes shine brightly. And don’t forget the moisturizer!
Drink plenty of water, and use sunscreen!
I’m a Southern girl and my mother always taught me to use the tips of my ring fingers to apply any type of moisturizer, concealer, etc around my eyes. It’s a great anti-aging tip because your 4th finger is the weakest and there’s less pulling and stretching of the delicate eye area. She’s 82 and looks fabulous!
Always wear sunscreen daily
Drink water and wear sunscreen!
Avoid the sun and where SPF
Wear sunscreen. I’m 40 and look 30 because I have worn sunscreen for years and avoided tanning. I glow with Mystic Tan during the summer months.
Wear sunscreen and have a healthy diet of foods containing antioxidants!
Take anti-oxidant supplements as well as eating a lot of raw vegetables and fruit.
Sunscreen and camellia oil work wonders!
I wish I had a good anti-aging tip, I just use sunscreem, anti-aging cream, but sometimes I feel like it’s a losing battle, because you can’t stop time.
Olive oil does wonders! It’s good for keeping age away from your fingers and hands!

For me it has always been protecting from the sun and lots of water.
Don’t drink, don’t smoke & stay out of the sun. Always wear sunglasses when you are outside.
Who is Snow White? Maybe I can regain my fairestee with this stuff!

My mom always told me to not forget my neck when applying moisturizer, or the eyelids either! Those are places many don’t think of when they do moisturize.
To prevent aging I drink a lot of water throughout the day.

Get enough sleep!
Dry brusshine my entire body each morning – it seriously takes 5-7 minutes – with not only help you get up and going, but will improve circulation, flush out your lymphnodes and exfoliate your skin. These are just a few of the benefits of dry brushing – it’s the best. Lots of sleep is key, too – yes, we really do need 7 – 9 hours a night!

I use eye creams made for anti-aging. I also remove my makeup gently, without rubbing hard to avoid pulling the skin.
Sunscreen, often and liberally; no smoking; lots of sleep; and lots of fluids (keep hydrated)

the best anti aging advice is to get enough sleep, have a positive outlook on life, a keep smiling. Anti-Aging is attitude as much as the creams you out on your face. A genuine smile on your face will always make you look 210 years younger!

TIP: I use a daily rountine, moisturize is very important as is drinking plenty of water.
Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water a day
Get lots of sleep, don’t smoke, drink lots of water, use sunscreen and moisturizer.
Exercise for 20 minutes 3X per week, drink lots of water for clear skin and toxin removal, eat a well balanced diet and keep the brain stimulated by always learning something new.
It’s the same for losing weight as it is for anti-aging: eat well and exercise.
I also use sunscreen and moisturize every day!

I take on-line classes from our local community college to keep my brain young. Now I need help for my skin.
Exercise-your mind and body. Get plenty of rest. Relax.
My skin has improved this past year by reading product reviews and trying out moisturizers and finding which is right for me.
Live right, eat right, use sunscreen, and, most importantly, live young at heart!
Manage stress, read to stay current and pay attention to personal grooming and exercise.
