To kick off the month in high style, I’ll be giving away some fabulous scents. First off is the new offering from Badgley Mischka, Fleurs de Nuit. A value of $90, its wonderful retro floral will set the stage for a lovely summer date. All you have to do is be the lucky commenter who reads my original review of the scent, and comment there on your favorite retro, or retro-inspired perfume. When I was a pre-teen in the early 80’s I used to wear Love’s Baby Soft..it made me feel so grown up and then when I was a teenager I wore Charlie because the lady in the commercials was so sophisticated…and my first real expensive perfume was Anais Anais which smelled like something from the 20’s and 30’s.

I’d love to try this perfume. Unfortunately, I live in a small town and if it isn’t carried by Dillard’s, you probably won’t get an opportunity to sample it. Help me not smell like everyone else!

ONE of my favorites has always been the scent my mother habitually wore – White Shoulders. I also have always liked Chanel #5.
