Anna Scholz’s F/W 2009-10 Lookbook

Anna Scholz’s amazing F/W 2009-10 Lookbook has me captivated: what do you think? It has a romantic, Biba-esque vibe, a European aesthetic, and in no way looks like it’s a plus-size collection. Sigh. . . their model is just perfect to round out this floral-dotted, embellished, decorated, and carefully seamed collection of pieces like ruffled trench coats, deep v-neck dresses, silk gowns, and maxis.
The photography is what sells it for me. Besides all the gorgeous looks, presentation makes each look pop in a special way. The makeup is devastating, the hair divine, and the poses? Divoon! The ’60s and ’70s inspiration is running strong, particularly in the rainbow stripes, shown.
Are you guys in the running for a new trench? Anna Scholz’s are some of the best I have seen yet, particularly the black one shown on page 11 of the lookbook. It has gathered, deep pockets, a great shoulder line, and very long, cool sleeves to push up. What do you think?
