Beauty Gizmo Review : Ecotools Foundation Brush

When I received my Ecotools makeup brushes, I jumped in glee because they are just very very soft, and luxurious-feeling! They feel like feather tickling the skin from their softness, and I’ve been using them lately for I don’t feel like using animal hair brushes in the midst of summer heat – just irritates my skin more.
The Ecotools Foundation Brush is somewhat in between two worlds – it is too big to be considered a concealer brush, but it is somewhat a little bit small to be foundation brush that I’ve been accustomed to which is a wee bit bigger than this.
The Ecotools Foundation Brush works well with liquid foundation, cream foundation, or even cream concealer for big problem areas ( though not as precise as the really small concealer brush, but this would actually do great! ) – but one thing that wowed me is how it was soft enough, but firm, too, to be able for me to use this in applying mineral foundation – in full coverage! While trying on my Cosminology Pressed Mineral Powder, I actually used this to apply, and it gave me more coverage than a normal kabuki brush would, and it just fared really well enough to give me an even, flawless coverage. All I can say is, wow! This oughta be in everyone’s vanity kit!

Love your site. Very informative. And it sure tickles me pink that you are also from the Philippines. Anyway, since you are a brush-holic (haha) and I’m currently shopping for my brushes for the makeup classes I’m attending, was wondering if you can point me in the right direction as to which set to purchase. I’m looking at Suesh, but my hubby wants to purchase the MAC set. There are plenty floating around on ebay BUT!!! I’m kinda iffy about them and am worried they are faker than FAKE. What is your suggestion? Thanks much!
