Beauty On the Go: Kiehl’s Essence Oils

I like pretty bottles. I have my fragrance bottles arranged neatly on my dresser and I love to add to the collection. Not all perfumes come in big fancy bottles. Some come in cute little tins or convenient little roller-ball bottles, too.

Kiehl’s carries a line of highly concentrated Essence Oils. These unisex scents come in brown apothecary-type bottles, with a little roller-ball for ease of application, and they are perfect for tucking into your purse or pocket. “A collection of rich essences from the 122 unique fragrant oils formulated in the original ‘Kiehl Pharmacy…’”

Kiehl's Fragrance Essences MichelleEach essence is a single note making them perfect to layer or combine for a personalized fragrance.

They are marked with the year they were added to Kiehl’s collection.

*Amber 1978
*Chinese Flowers 1979
*Coriander 1946
*Cucumber 1988
*Gardenia 1975
*Grapefruit 1976
*Musk 1921
*Pear 1977
*Pour Homme 1987
*Vanilla 1968

I recommend layering the Pear, the Musk, or the Amber with the Vanilla. Each .23 ounce bottle is $25 at Kiehl’s.
