- Visitors to Neutrogena Cosmetics Facebook page can click on a link on the page’s “Contest” tab to enter the Neutrogena’s Fresh Faces Online Zine’ Contest
- All applicants must write an essay of 1,000 characters or less explaining why they should be the Contributing Editor of Neutrogena’s Fresh Faces Online ‘Zine
- One Grand Prize winner will be named Contributing Editor of the Neutrogena Fresh Faces Online ‘Zine and will have the opportunity work with representatives of TeenVogue.com to write one featured article for this ‘Zine and will receive a Neutrogena gift bag worth $250.00!
- Fifteen Semi-finalists will win a full size Neutrogena Skin Clearing Foundation worth $13.99!
- The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia between the ages of 16-24
