These awesome boxed sets would be a great gift for the young (or young at heart) reader in your family. What’s good about boxed sets are, they’re often hardcover and/or limited edition so they make great collector’s items as well. Books are a great investment and gift as they can be enjoyed over and over again.

Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer

Of course I had to start with the the Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer. This series has swept up more than a few of my friends and now all four hardcover books are available in one boxed set. $59 at Barnes & Noble

More fabulous boxed sets after the fold…

Harry Potter Series by J. K. Rowling

Another classic set is the Harry Potter Series by J. K. Rowling. Truly a collector’s item, this boxed set has all seven of the books in the series incased in a fun trunk-like cardboard box. $137 at Barnes & Noble

Chronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis

The Chronicles of Narnia Hardcover Boxed Set by C. S. Lewis would be a wonderful addition to anyone’s library. $96 at Barnes & Noble

A Wrinkle In Time by Madeleine L’Engle

Last but not least, my favourite series, A Wrinkle In Time Quintet Boxed Set by the late Madeleine L’Engle. I remember reading this back in Jr. High and the story is still very touching. I highly recommend this series if you or someone you know is a fan of any of the sets above. $30 at Barnes & Noble
