Sometimes you see cosmetics that look so unique that you want to buy them just for the appearance. This Chantecaille eye shadow compact is a prime example. Looking closely, you’ll see a Blue Whale and her calf are shown here.
The Chantecaille Limited-Edition La Baleine Bleue Eyes was released for spring, but the subtle marine tones are actually perfect for summertime too. The colors in the palette include a champagne base, sheer pale blue shadow and deep blue/gray accent colors.

Though this eye palette looks cool, I’m not sure I’d spring for the $98 price tag. How about you? Are the whales appealing enough to drop nearly $100?
I think maybe I’d rather pick up five $20 shadows instead.
