Chi-town!
I’m in Chicago this week for some career-related stuff and to visit friends, but you probably won’t notice because I was a busy, busy girl last week.
I’m still checking in and I’m hoping to get a few posts in here and there. While I’m here, eating some gigantic pizza and hoping to stop by CB2, what indie-ness should I check out?
I’ve been here plenty of times, but I’ve never had a chance to go look for awesome boutiques.
Suggestions?
You seriously have to check out the Brown Elephant Resale shop on Halsted. It’s one of the cleanest, nicest thrift stores I’ve been in and they have great finds as far as clothes.
Oh and you must pick up some shortbread cookies at Bleeding Heart Organic Bakery. Try the one with red Hawiian salt(trust me) sound weird but is so good.
