Christian Dior Cristal Boreal Pendant

For this holiday season treat that special someone who loves all things beauty and make-up to the new Christian Dior beauty collection! The collection is set to have two single eye shadows, two eye shadow palettes, a gloss and two lipsticks but what stands out from this collection is not the make up but the necklace that’s part of the line!

Easily the best part of this collection is this gorgeous Dior Cristal Boreal ($80) crystal pendant inspired by the infamous Swarovski crystal “Crystale Boréale” pendant which was designed for Christian Dior in 1955.

The pendant was designed after the decorative style of brooches of the 18th Century Louis XVI.  Inside this lovely pendant is a “pink crystal” gloss effect. The pendant hangs from a black cord and has 52 Swarovski crystals and 4 of them are Aurore Boréale which are the ones that reflect different colours.
