Do you remember the white Steve Madden Totalli Woven Tote I wrote about last week? Well, what do you know, Daisy Fuentes created her own woven tote and the similarities are striking.

The Daisy Fuentes Faux-Crocodile Tote has the same overall shape and chain link handle detail. It measures 12″H x 20″W x 3″D and is available in three colours, black, champagne and silver (shown). The style is roomy and perfect for every day. The chain gives it a modern touch that takes it a step above casual.
Which one would you pick? The woven faux-leather of the Steve Madden version or this faux-crocodile by Daisy Fuentes? By the way, this one is on sale for $34 at Kohls – does that swing your vote a little? 
Unfortunately, both are complete rip-offs of the Chanel Coco Cabas Tote. Both should be ashamed they do bot possess one once of creative originality between them. Chanel should sue both for trademark infringement.
Hah, very true. They could sue everyone but replicas and “inspired” bags will still be made unfortunately. It’s up to the buyer to educate themselves, right?
