designer spotlight: bryce and bouji

(all images: byrce and bouji)
When I started looking at Bryce and Bouji’s collection I was excited. It is a beautiful mix of soft and feminine with chic and slightly futuristic. There is lots of lace, organza and metallics. The dichotomy is strange, but beautiful.

I love the muted colors they chose, like the bronze in these shorts and the teal. Most of their designs are simple with just the right amount of embellishment, check out the sleeves on that top.

Mert Beraze and Jen Wilder designed the line with inspiration from the laid back California style. Jen does design and embellishment and Mert is all about textiles — a perfect union.
The clothes are designed in Los Angeles and manufactured in a textile factory owned by the Beraze family.
You can find this wonderful stuff at Diavolina, Cusp and Fred Segal.
