designer spotlight: leanimal

Oh boy, how long I’ve loved Leanimal. I found the line on one of my etsy-random-clicking adventures, but the shop there was woefully understocked.

Come to find out that Leanne Marshall, the designer of this great stuff, has moved to Portland and has been doing e-commerce on her own site.

Whilst poking around her site, I learned that since moving to Portland, she’s been doing more eco-designing, which makes me jump for joy. A lot of the materials now used are more along the lines of bamboo, hemp and organic cotton.

This isn’t every day wear, unless you are of the avant garde sort, but I think that they would be great for your next fantastic party or something of the like.
