Did You Drink Your Milk Today?

Obviously, there’s a lot that goes into having gorgeous hair…but one factor is far more basic than you may have realized.

Beauty begins with proper nutrition and milk contains the necessary proteins and nutrients for better hair days.”

Do you drink enough milk each day? Dairy comes in tons of fabulous forms,  whether it’s low-fat milk, yogurt, or your favorite (low-fa) cheese.

On the other hand, ice cream, whole milk, cream cheese, sour cream and high-fat smoothies all have dairy too. But they’ll make you fat…which I think is rather counterproductive, no?
