e.l.f. Waterproof Eyeliner Pen

As we all try to save a few bucks in our beauty budget, it’s fun to look at discount cosmetics companies like e.l.f. As you probably know, everything from e.l.f. cosmetics (eyes lips face) is just a dollar.
Though you might not want to give up your more expensive favorites, there are probably some cosmetics you can be more flexible on. For example, I love the precision of eyeliner pens. Just about every brand that I have tried has worked well for me. So that’s why I gave the e.l.f. Waterproof Eyeliner Pen a try.

It’s fabulous! You get that same smooth glide that you get from higher priced products — but it’s just a buck. This pen comes in coffee, black, midnight blue, ash grey and plum. You can buy them all for less than half the price of one department store eyeliner.
