Fragrance News: Reese Witherspoon and AVON

Fragrance news…. I read at People.com that Reese Witherspoon is developing a fragrance with AVON. The scent, called In Bloom, won’t be available until November.
It’s a Floral with fragrance notes of Gardenia, Magnolia, and Jasmine. Reese wanted her fragrance to reflect both her past and her present. She grew up with a Magnolia tree in the backyard of her childhood home in Tennessee and the name, “In Bloom” is how she feels in her life right now.
“I’m feeling very strong and independent, and so happy, so full of life. The fragrance truly captures that feeling — it’s very sensual, very romantic and alluring.”
Reese Witherspoon is also AVON’s Global Ambassador. She is the Honorary Chairman of the AVON Foundation. She works on behalf of breast cancer awareness, domestic violence awareness, and emergency relief. She is involved in product development and ads. Not a bad gig.

Would love to try this. Seems like a more spring/summer scent, though with notes of Gardenia, Magnolia, and Jasmine.
I agree, Laura. Especially since the notes remind her of the South – I’m thinking steamy, warm days under the Magnolia tree.
