Get your shopping shoes (or your shopping hands?) ready! My most favorite online invite-only sample sale site has announced the creation of their new, even more affordable sample sale site called Gilt Fuse. The site which will showcase designers ranging from Plenty by Tracy Reese to BCBG will launch on August 12, 2009.

Susan Lyn, the CEO of Gilt Groupe, describes the site as an evolution of the membership of the Gilt Groupe,”A large portion of our Gilt membership is looking for effortless, everyday fashions that don’t stretch their budget. Gilt Fuse is a natural expansion for our brand and an answer to our evolving customer demands.”
This evolution just makes me so excited! Gilt Fuse will be a member only invite-only sample site, just like Gilt Groupe. However, if you have a membership to Gilt Groupe you are already a member of Gilt Fuse. Score one for us!
