Guerlain Shalimar Body Creme

When giving (or getting) a gift of bath or body products, oftentimes the packaging is an important as the contents. That’s why I love it when I find a truly amazing product with a fab package too. The Guerlain line, though a bit expensive, is the perfect answer for gift giving. From their lipstick to their fragrance, everything that I have tried by Guerlain is top-notch.

Recently, I received the Guerlain Shalimar Body Creme. This smooth, silky cream features a fabulous fragrance and rich, luxurious emollients that leave your skin feeling and smelling fabulous. The Shalimar fragrance features an exotic blend with top notes of citrus, florals at the heart,and a woodsy base. Though I like the actual perfume itself, the body creme is what really does it for me.
The scent isn’t overpowering, the cream is rich and hydrating, and the blue top on the jar is just fabulous. In addition to the fragrance itself and the body creme, you can also get the Guerlain Shalimar foaming bath, body lotion, shower gel and dusting powder at Bergdorf Goodman. The body creme is priced at $90, while the other products are $50 and up.
