Hayden Panettiere’s strapless mini-dress

I think that the best word I can use to describe Hayden Panettiere’s look at the L.A. premiere of Entourage is probably SMOLDERING. Holy wow.

Seriously, that is a good look right there. Of course it helps that Hayden’s gorgeous anyway and could probably wear a garbage bag and still look good. That said, the strapless mini-dress is a fun and sexy way to dress up your summer evenings.
