Heidi and Her Dry Shampoo

While under normal circumstances, I’d probably not confess to knowing anything about I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here … believe it or not, what I am about to discuss is topic appropriate.

20090423_zaf_n28_155.jpgBut anyway, on a recent episode The Hills‘ Spencer Pratt (our favorite curly-haired hot head since Steve Sanders), flipped out because Heidi’s dry shampoo was stolen.

In fact, the dry shampoo was a major plot point of the episode, and if you read the various net rags today, everyone is using that as exhibitive of how shallow and ridiculous she is.

I disagree.

Were I in that situation – I, of course, would not be with Spencer – but I would have reacted the same exact way.

I lasted the first 20 or so years of my life without knowing dry shampoo existed, and since then, it has changed my life. In a rush and don’t have time to wash your hair? Just spritz and go! Granted, some are better than others, and if you use it wrong you can make your hair look worse – but owning it – especially in COSTA RICA, which is where Heidi and Spencer are currently stuck in reality TV hell – is pretty darn important. I do not blame the ensuing freak out one lousy bit.

That said, she did seem to be using an awful lot of it.

Listen, chick is selling product, got nothing to do with her emotions. I wouldn’t buy her products. period.

Ew- me either, not only is her product over-priced and filled with unnecessary chemicals but its HEIDI MONTAG selling it! The ALL-NIGHTER is by far the best dry shampoo styling powder on the market…all natural, paraben/aluminum/talc/silica free, and it works amazingly and smells great! Its been getting amazing reviews unlike Heidi’s “product”..uck
