Hot Pear-Friendly Skirts

Do you have a smaller waist, but heavier hips and thighs? Finding a skirt that really fits isn’t easy, but I have a few top selections for you, and fit tips as well!

My favorite style of pear-friendly skirt is the a-line skirt, but you might also like tulip-style items with a slight flare at the knee. When in doubt, your skirt should fall close to your body at the waist, and then fall farther from the body as it travels down the hips and legs.

My top selection is this gorgeous piece from eShakti, which has a good deal of design interest that still won’t make your hips look bigger. It’s available in a nice white that’s great for spring, but the figure-conscious shape balances the light color. Behold:
