I love that the floral fabric is slightly reminscent of a 1950's housedress, but the cut sexifies it. And I love the contrasting tie. I'm hunting through Ebay at the moment. I'd definitely wear this to my special dinner with a long cardigan and a waist cincher over top. After dinner I'm headed for drinks and that's when I'll take the long cardigan off and move the belt to my waist on the dress. However I have been wanting something just like the Etsy/TresChicVintage sequined dress for quite a while! I'd pair it with some chunky shoes and a cuff bracelet and loose, casual hair and a nice smokey eye. Each Spring my sister and I go away for a girls weekend and NYC is the next city on our list. We would totally get some retail cardio earlier in the day, then visit the restaurant and then go out all night to clubs with our friends who live in the city!
