Fabulous Fall Jewelry Trends

According to the trusty Almanac, the wonderful season of Fall will be upon us in less than a month.  If you’re anything like me you receive loads of emails from stores urging you to check out their fall inventory. If you look at the stores, you’ll see all sorts of cold weather apparel and accessories on display. As much as some of you may love the warm days of summer, there’s no escaping the crisp and cooler days ahead.

If you’re looking to expand your jewelry selections for the season ahead, below are the Fall Jewelry Trends and examples to keep in mind while you’re out shopping.

Statement Necklaces

This is a huge trend you’ll see everywhere soon. These big, bold and bib style necklaces act as a focal point for your outfits. Wear them with a cute strapless little black dress or with a simple tee during the day. The designs are quite intricate as well as striking.

Tough and Edgy Details

This trend is perfect for those of you who want to infused a bit of a rock ‘n’ roll vibe into your ensembles. Look for a lot of heavy metals, chains, black stones, chunky rings, bracelets and necklaces with studs.

Botanical and Floral Jewelry

Florals are not just for spring and summer anymore, they’re popping up everywhere for fall and they’re perfect for day and night. Pieces are made from a mix of metals, enamel, epoxy and accented with jewels, beads and rhinestones. These are perfect when you want to add a little drama to your look.

Red Hot Reds

Another strong trend is the bright and deep shades of red. Not only perfect for the holidays but it will give your outfits that fabulous pop of colour. And you don’t need to go overboard either, just add a couple pieces here and there and you’ll be on your way to looking chic and stylish.

Now that you know what fall jewelry trends to watch out for, the tough part is deciding which one of these dramatic trends to delve into. My suggestion? Look for pieces that incorporate a least two trends in one, that way you’ll be able to cover all your bases in one shot.
