I know I’ve mentioned that adding a bright purse is a great way to add color, however, I have also said that there are no rules to fashion during the summer. So, neutral colors are also a go. Oh so shiny! I love patent leather anything. Well, maybe not from head to toe, but I do have several pairs of patent leather heels and when I do need to wear heels I will choose the patent leather heels over the matte heels anyway.
