Luxe Life – Delices de Cartier

My pal over at The Latest Luxe has a report on a very exclusive, VERY PRICEY fragrance. She says:
The sound of feminine, fondant, and spicy aromas makes this one sound extra appealing; as well as making us wonder what ‘greedy freshness’ really means. . .
With just 350 bottles in circulation, it’s a message in a bottle that will likely be gone before you have time to collect up the funds for it.
I say: $2100 wingwangs? You gotta be kidding me. That bottle had better have a 3 carat diamond for a stopper! Neiman Marcus’ description isn’t really making me drool, either:
A fruity fragrance with iced cherry, bergamot, and pink pepper. A modern floral signature from an abstraction of golden jasmine.
Obviously you’re paying for the bottle, but in this case it doesn’t even sound like the juice inside said luxe bottle is particularly great.

This is stupid. Ok, I love stuff but this bottle for $1200? You could either save and invest that amount and it would be thousands more in the future OR something with way more immediate return that this.
Try $2100! I’m looking at some home repairs and that right there would cover a good deal of them. I’m glad there’s only 350, because I think there’s only about that many BILLIONAIRES in the U.S., and they’re the only ones with any business buying this. Oh well.
The only reason I would ever want this scent is because I think the original bottle is so pretty. I’m definitely not impressed by having a way more expensive bottle with the same fruity-punch juice inside.
Yeah, that better be a diamond bottle!
wow, I love the bottle, but I certainly won’t be running out to buy this. I wonder if this desugn will inspire others in the fragrance field.
