I just discovered La Cerise Sur Le Chapeau, which means “the cherry on the hat” in French and is a cute little adaptation to “la cerise sur le gateau” or “the cherry on the cake.”  How clever for the designer also named Cerise!  Cerise Bentz created La Cerise Sur Le Chapeau in 2004 as a small workshop in Paris that designs and creates gorgeous handmade hats for men and women.  The designs are retro-inspired and infuse modern elements into traditional hat styles that have a place in fashion history.
