Marni Peep Toe Ankle Boots

Boots. Everyone has them. But, does everyone wear them? I know that if I had a pair of these in my closet, I would make an excuse to wear them.  They’re high and they’re fun.

But, I do have a questions for the designers of the Marni Peep Toe Boot… why a peep toe? If I’m wearing a boot..am I really in the mood to show off my toes?

I wear boots when it’s icky out and when it’s cold out. Or, at least that’s usually the plan.  When you add a little “peep” toe to your boot, it’s just kind of odd. Should I be wearing socks with these? Should I be wearing knee highs with these? Should I let me feet rub so badly that I get blisters and I can’t walk the next day? So many questions!!

However, I would totally rock them with some skinny jeans, some leggings or a mini denim skirt (if I had the legs for the skirt) and my questions were answered.

So, if the designers of these boots happen to stop by Splendicity,  please, help me understand the reason for a peep toe in this boot! I love the taupe leather and the 5 inch heel (wow…that would make me 5′8!).  And the price at theOutNet.com is awesome, $460
