matching your nail polish to your handbag – Versace style

I’m trying to decide if it’s totally shallow of me to want this dark plum embossed patent leather tote by Versace strictly on the basis of it matches my nail polish?

Or should I just accept that it’s a pretty purse and stop over-thinking it
