Miss USA Falls Down – Second Year in a Row

Two years in a row now, Miss USA has fallen down on stage at the Miss Universe pageant. During the evening wear portion of the 2008 Miss Universe Pageant in Vietnam, Miss USA Crystle Stewart of Texas fell down. It appeared that Crystle tripped on the train of her dress.
Last year, Miss USA Rachel Smith also fell down during the Miss Universe evening wear competition. Both ladies made nice recoveries.
Miss Venezuela Dayana Mendoza won the Miss Universe 2008 crown.
Both dresses were too long in the back and seemed to have the same type of heel. Maybe it’s time to cut off that tail? Also, Rachel Smith looked ANGRY when she approached the judges. She turned something that couldn’t be helped into something else. It’s all about “recovery” in this case. She could have done it much different. Next year’s candidate has a real job ahead of them.
