Celebrity Colourist Rita Hazan is preparing her 6,000 sq. full service salon for a New Year’s Eve pre-party, where NYC’s hippest gals will go to get ready for the ball to drop. The Rita Hazan Salon is one of the few salons open all day Monday, December 31st – and they are currently taking reservations for beautifying appointments.
