Fashion design insiders and enthusiasts have long perused the e-pages of Not Just A Label, a website/community center for budding and experimental designers. Today they (finally!) launched their web shop, making incredible, albiet pricey designs available to the public-at-large.
I am nuts about this 24 Carat Foal necklace by Kvast. The line collections toys and other objects from flea markets and antique stores, gilds them, and makes them into jewelry. Available for 265 Euro from Not Just A Label.
This I Am The Battle skirt by Ada Zanditon was inspired by the armor that Joan of Arc wore into battle. Joan of Arc, of course, probably never looked so fabulously avant garde, and her version, I’m guessing, didn’t have a 100% silk lining. Available for 685 Euro from Not Just A Label.
