Oscar de La Renta Silk Pleated Skirt and Cardigan

I wish I could find a reason, any reason, to get dressed up when I go to work. The last time I did actually get dressed up it was for a 10 minute Press Conference. That was ridiculous. But, if I ever do find an excuse to find a reason to get dressed up I would wear this Oscar de la Renta Silk Pleated Skirt with the Oscar de la Renta Silk open weave cardigan

The skirt is 100% silk and has some pretty pleats throughout. It’s $1,500.00.

Earlier in the fall/winter fashion season I wasn’t quite sure what to think about the longer sweater/cardigan Mr. Rogers look. But, I have to admit, I do find them comfortable and even kind of fun looking. The cardigan is a crocheted knit with a shawl front and no button or clasp closures. I love the fact that it doesn’t have any closures so you can almost curl up in it without feeling constricted by the buttons. The cardigan is $2,150. I’d add this to my closet because it isn’t the normal drab brown, black, or even purple that I usually relegate myself to wearing during the winter months. It makes me so happy!
