Peppermint is used in a variety of different bath and body products. I love it when they put in the foot bath at the spa when I’m getting a pedicure. Recently I tried the Cooling Peppermint Foot Soak from Bella Lucce at home.
This product is perfect after a long hard day in high heels. You just put a couple spoonfuls into warm water and soak your feet for about 15 minutes. It helps reduce swelling, increase circulation and relieve tension.
