Wedges have a small place in my heart. In Texas, the ground can either be rock hard or as soft as a baby’s bottom. Where I live, the ground is as soft as a baby’s butt. So, on those very rare occasions that I have to get dressed up and wear heels, wedges are sometimes become a viable alternative. I’d rather not dig a hole to the center of the Earth. It wouldn’t be safe for the children.
