Quick Home Pedicure: How To

FeetAs the weather gets colder and colder, I am going to want to go out of the house less and less. Now my toes might require a little love and attention but there is no way that I will be venturing outside and taking the subway downtown to a spa. I think I’ll do a quick and simple pedi right at home as I watch my fantastic Thursday shows – CSI Las Vegas, Greys Anatomy and Shark.

If you think that this winter you too won’t be heading to the spa, take 20 minutes to refresh your feet.  Here is what you’ll need:
Large bowl with warm water
Foot or Body Scrub
Body Lotion
Nail Polish
Towel

Step #1: Start by letting your feet soak in the water for a few minutes.

Step #2: Apply a foot scrub to polish away rough skin . Apply in a circular motion onto the feet, beginning at the heel and moving down toward the toes. Rinse. Dry Feet.

Step #3: Massage moisturiser onto feet using a circular motion, until fully absorbed to soothe tired, dry feet.

Step #4: Apply favorite polish.

Step #5: Finally, relax and enjoy your new nails!

Product suggestions: Zia Ultimate Foot Scrub, Zia Ultimate Foot Moisture, a polish from the new O.P.I. Russian Collection.
