Rock & Republic Bound Gel Eyeliner

If you are a fan of gel eyeliner, you have to try Rock & Republic Bound Gel Eyeliner. I had never experimented much with Rock & Republic Cosmetics. However, I was really happy when I gave this liner a try.

Using a eyeliner brush, it creates a very smooth, highly pigmented line. It dries quickly and never fades. The color doesn’t change, smudge or crease until you take it off.

The colors have awesome names – Ballistic, Mental, Smut, Voltage, Distortion, Razor and Toxic – which coordinate with the “Bound” name. Some of the shades are shimmers, while others are matte. I tried Smut (black matte) and Toxic (green shimmer). They are both terrific, but I’m always partial to black eyeliner.

What I like most about this gel liner is that you don’t need to be pro to put it on perfectly. Even if your hand isn’t the steadiest, it goes on so smooth and easy that you can create the perfect line without much fuss.

You can find Rock & Republic Bound Gel Eyeliner at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and the Rock & Republic website for $24.00.
