Betsey Johnson now is great. But, Betsey Johnson twenty-plus years ago kicks more ass than you can possibly imagine. Unless you were alive and cool, then, which I seriously doubt, because that would make you like Debbie Harry or something. Anyways, I am willing to trade my soul for this getup, because it is just that rad.

Unfortunately, the small-breasted (such as myself) may have a problem holding this baby up. But other than that, this is a silhouette that will work for almost everyone. That little peplum will obscure any perceived problem areas and balance out a heavier top. Plus, it gives the illusion of slimmer legs, and who doesn’t want those? And yes, those are little teeny rosebuds on it. Sweet and sassy and a little bit trashy. Yum. Avaialble for $315 from Opening Ceremony.
