stock up on accessory classics on sale

I recently snagged a pair of sandals for better than 70% off… which got me thinking – why not take advantage of the amazing sales happening at this time of year?
I wouldn’t recommend sinking a lot of money into a really trendy shoe or purse, but why not save some $$$ on classic colors or shapes that you’ll be able to use for years? This is not the time to buy wacky colors or trendy finishes – but accessories like these “Narcissa” pumps from Boutique 9:

Or you could still go with something a little more summery, like this strappy sandal from Pura Lopez:

The same advice goes for handbags – treat yourself to a classic bag that will last for years, like this caramel-colored “Brera” purse from Furla:
