Yogurt Pumpkin Body Mask

In the spirit of Halloween coming soon, today I have an amazing recipe for a nourishing body mask using pumpkin puree. I was at a spa in Beverly Hills a few years back and they turned me onto making this beauty treatment at home. The yogurt, honey and pumpkin are all great for nourishing and hydrating your skin. You can use it all over your body, as well as your face. It’s messy but you can just rinse in the shower.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup natural honey
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned)

Directions:

  1. Stir ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  2. Draw a warm bath.
  3. Slather your face and body with the mask.
  4. Get into the bath and soak for 15 minutes.
  5. Rinse in the shower.

I’m going to try this, it actually sounds like fun, even though it will be messy I’m sure.
