Looking at this week’s issue of Entertainment Weekly initially has us saying, “Go, Anne!” Anne Hathaway has outdone herself with gorgeous makeup and hair, along with the hat that is fitting to her overall look. It is spot on. Beautiful.
Then we look a bit more at the cover and notice her squatting with her legs spread wide open. We wonder what prompted her to take this photo. Why didn’t it stop at the waist? Pictures of women with their legs spread wide open are so unflattering – no matter which magazine the photograph is for.

Legs spread open is ugly and should be reserved for sex magazines. What other purpose would it be for?
Anne is one of my favorite actresses. On a male level, I appreciate this photo…a lot. I don’t think if this was a still photo from a play like chicago, in which this type of outfit is worn, anyone would complain.
I didn’t take to Anne because of the Princess Bride and other kiddie movies she did. She’s had the courage recently to show off that gorgeous body of hers and flaunt her sexuality and now I can’t get enough of her. She’s exciting. I’m a male and I don’t watch her movies to hear thoughts on global warming or how to turn the world economy around or even to see what fashion clothes she wears. Spread away, gorgeous.
