Blake Lively has really demonstrated that she knows how to dress the part of a cool, beautiful, pulled-together celebrity. I’m sure she has her off days like anyone else but in all honesty I can’t think of a single time I’ve ever seen her look anything less than amazing. The girl can seriously dress.
Blake was seen in New York City, ready for another day of filming her hit show Gossip Girls and although she had a bright bag and an eye-catching necklace, I was most interested in her pretty blue dress because it’s the kind of thing that your average non-celebrity could wear too.

This is a great synthetic jersey dress that gives you comfort as well as style and elegance. What I love about this particular dress is that you can wear it as is with a simple necklace and sandals or you can spice it up with flashier jewelry and heels. I’m not rich like a celebrity, so versatility in an outfit is key for me, so knowing I can wear it day and night with a few accessory changes is really appealing.
I also LOVE the way it ties in the back, sexy without overdoing it!
