Disney starlet Brenda Song looked amazing in a teal Voom by Joy Han Elle tube dress when she celebrated her 21st birthday in Las Vegas.
Brenda celebrated her birthday party on April 3rd at the Bank nightclub inside the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada. I love this dress on her, it’s very flattering!
