To get Miley’s look, you need just three elements: A white shirt, your favorite jeans, and a nice pair of Ugg (or Ugg-like) boots. Okay, not to be mean but this is dumb. There is 0% chance Miley is going to read this. And she’s wearing a white tshirt and uggs. It’s the same outfit every other girl in the world wears. Nobody would care about it if Miley Cyrus wasn’t wearing it so shut up.
