Kate Winslet looks striking on the red carpet at the Montecito Awards Gala – 24th Santa Barbara Film Festival earlier this week.

Kate is wearing a color block sheath dress from Narciso Rodriguez. It retails for $1,800 at Neiman Marcus.

For a fraction of the price I also found this black and white sheath dress with a white stripe at the hem. Only $109 at Bluefly.
