Katie Holmes was spotted out wearing a pair of distressed, cuffed bermuda shorts, a purple checked button-down shirt and gladiator sandals. I’m not really digging her top but I love the shorts!

Alloy has the boyfriend bermuda shorts. The mid-rise jean shorts have a slouchy boyfriend fit, worn low and loose around hips. They come in one color and are on sale for $23.60.
Charlotte Russe also has a pair of distressed bermuda shorts. They feature a light wash, fade, destroyed and bleach details, cuffed raw hems, classic 5 pocket style, two back flap pockets, and a zipper fly with a button closure. $26.99.
