Gwyneth Paltrow has outdone herself with this look. From the dress to the bag, to the jewelry to the shoes. The shoes! Did you see the shoes?!?
Now, we think you can pretty easily find that great black strapless dress, right? So let’s concentrate on her shoes. Her shoes! Can you tell we are totally in love with her shoes?
We found a pair over at zappos.com by Steve Madden that are almost identical to Gwyneth’s platforms. WOW! They are a bit pricey at $115, not too high, but more than we normally spend on a pair that really would not get that much use. But just look at them! Those shoes!!!

I agree, those shoes are amazing! They remind me of the Parma style by Calvin Klein currently featured on Last Chance Shoes’ homepage–only a few dollars more than the Steve Maddens and CK has amazing quality.
These shoes are wrong for this dress. She looks like a clydesdale horse! CLOMP, CLOMP , CLOMP.
Why would a beauty like this make such a foolish choice- She’s going to look back on this picture in 5 years and wonder What was I thinking? Gladiator sandals are wonderful and a finer one would have been much more complementary to her fine beauty.
