One of my favorite outfits from the Teen Choice Awards red carpet was Lauren Conrad’s white strapless dress with black skinny belt. She looks very happy and healthy! Yes, the rule is not to wear white after labor day - but I found a great deal on a similar dress at Target and had to share it with you!
