Have you seen how fab Marie Osmond looks? Now, we all know she was on Dancing with the Stars last season, but I had no idea that Marie was following the popular diet system NutriSystem as well. Marie lost 40 pounds! Kudos to her.

So, I am sure she got help. Yup – a free system, combined with her rigorous workouts on Dancing with the Stars. But what about us regular folk?

I started Nutrisystem two weeks ago and love it. I already lost 7 pounds. I’ve been reading the Nustrisystem forums and researching the plan and it really does work. It’s not just prepackaged foods – we do have to add veggies, fruit, protein and even a few “free”
foods. But it does teach healthy habits, the right balance and portion control.
I don’t want to spam you, but I have been chronicling my own Nustrisystem experiences on my food blog and it really does work. And I’m regular folk!

We all know she lost the weight on dancing with the stars, I show no evidence she was using nutrisystem, to state for months I lost 40 pounds on Dancing with the Stars and then revert and state I lost 40 pounds on Nutrisystem is a slap in her face.
Money talks doesn’t it.
If you were listening to her talk on DWTS you would have heard her tell us then that she was using Nitrisystem. As with all diets exercise is the key and the dancing and practice was her exercise. SHE LOOKS AMAZING!

I agree that she looks great! I remember her talking about Nutrisystem at the time; Sabrina was on it, too. I just saw Marie on ET and it seems she’s now up to 50 pounds lost and she’s no longer on the diet.
Hello I just wanted to tell everyone to watch your Credit cards when you purchase food through Nutri-System, cause I know that they have charged food to a memeber of my family and said I charged the food onto thier card, and now are saying I committed fraud. It is the fault of nutri-system, they have charged the wrong card, we both have the same last name, so all they have to do is “Fess” up, but they want to blame me. NOT fair, I hope Marie Osmond reads this, she looks so good, in her weight loss, I lost 34 pounds too, but I will not go back to them now on account of this mess.
i wish i could afford the program i hate the way i look and feel, but all my money from work goes to paying bills, and just staing ahead i am 210 and would love to loose 80 pounds i am also 56 years old is there any way to do it that does not coast a lot of money

I feel the same way. I don’t have the money to do something like this although it really seems like a great program. I weigh about 180 and I am 54 years old. I feel at my age it is crucial for me to lose weight and get in shape. I want my older years to be energetic not sickly.
I have been reading a book called Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole and it’s wonderful. If you are like me, someone who has been dieting since I was 16 years old, it’s time for something new. Look it up at the library or order it used online at Amazon. I got a copy for a buck plus shipping.
