The cutie-pie Amanda Bynes has certainly grown up right before our eyes. This young lady is absolutely stunning, and knows how to make the most of this little blue dress.
Bell sleeves are so hot this fall, and Jay Godfrey does a great job of designing dresses for the younger set. But for those of us who don’t have the disposable cash to plop down on a Jay Godfrey design, there are plenty of alternatives.
